Where do your dates come from?

Our Ajwa is sourced directly from groves in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Medjool comes from Egypt and Jordan, Sukkari and Mabroom from Saudi Arabia. We work directly with growers — no commodity brokers.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. We never add sugar, syrup, oil coatings or preservatives. The only thing in the pack is the fruit itself.

How fresh are the products when they arrive?

We pack in small lots and ship from our India facility within days of packing. Most orders reach you within 5–10 days of being sealed.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 22000, FSSAI, HACCP, and Halal. Export shipments also include Phytosanitary and Certificate of Origin.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship retail orders to most countries and bulk/wholesale shipments to 15+ countries across the GCC, UK, EU, North America and SE Asia.

Absolutely. For wholesale enquiries above a certain volume, we ship samples on request. Contact our wholesale team.

How should I store dates and dry fruits at home?

Accepted Answer

Keep in an airtight container away from sunlight. Dates can be refrigerated to extend shelf life and stay soft. Nuts last longest in a cool, dry pantry or the fridge.
