Shipping & Returns

Within India: standard delivery 3–6 business days; metros typically 2–4 days. Festive periods (Diwali, Eid, Christmas) may add 1–2 days due to courier volume.

International retail: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Wholesale and bulk export ships by sea or air based on volume and timeline — discussed per order.

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Bulk orders include full chain-of-custody documentation.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or fails to meet our quality promise, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at our cost — your choice.

Because of food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products unless a quality defect is the cause.

Where applicable, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are calculated at checkout where supported. We're happy to advise on landed costs before you order.
